A mechanical and field service engineer with 10 years of extensive experience in medical device installation, maintenance, and optimization as well as 16 years of leadership and planning experience through the military. At Spryson, he ensures seamless technology integration and operational excellence for healthcare providers, and ensures prompt and effective troubleshooting and support for customers. He plans, designs, and incorporates customer focused designs and improvements into the production process to ensure constant product improvement.
